Web Development

Our team stays on top of the current web trends; we are highly skilled in the client-facing languages HTML, CSS (including LESS and SASS), pure JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular. We also are proficient with server-side development in PHP (including platforms like WordPress and Joomla!), Java (Play, Struts 2, etc.), .NET, and Node.js (Express and IBM LoopBack).

Mobile applications

Our team has built and maintained a number of mobile applications using cross platform technologies like Ionic and Apache Cordova.

Architecture

To support these applications, we have gained extensive experience using a wide variety of infrastructures. We are skilled in various DBMSs (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2, and Informix), Message Broker, a number of web servers (Apache, IIS), the administration of Linux servers, and the Amazon Web Services stack (EC2, RDS, SES, SNS).

Our team has experience helping organizing bring together disparate systems using existing APIs, custom APIs, and custom applications written in .NET, Scala, Java, and Node.js.

Matthew graduated from Spring Arbor University summa cum laude with a degree in Computer Science. Since then he has worked at two Universities, a Fortune 500 company, and several start-ups. In those positions, he gained experience with Unix/Linux administration, database administration (DB2, Informix, SQL Server, and MySQL), and enterprise application development (.NET, Java, and PHP).

Reuben graduated from Spring Arbor University with a degree in Computer Science. He has experience working for Spring Arbor University, both as a student and post-graduation, working with databases, building apps, and doing web development. Since joining Codifi, he has expanded on those skills and continued to learn. He is proficient with Java, Angular, Node.js, and SQL.
